It’s the side-neck for Rihanna! Yes, the lady got her newest tattoo recently. And this time she had the words rebelle fleur, which means rebellious flower in French scribbled on her body. Well, RiRi is just 22 and she has around 15 permanent inks on her skin, I can really see what addiction looks like. The awesome part in all this is that none of the inks on the singers body are bad, every design has a class of its own. Have a look at the tattoo and decide whether it is worth or not.
